To my wonderful clients: I hope this message finds you well and thank you for continuing to chose me for your hair care needs. I am committed to providing you with the best service and ensuring that all of my clients have the opportunity to enjoy their experience at Vela Beauty Lounge. Starting October 1, 2023, I will be implementing a new policy regarding no-shows and late cancellations. I understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances can arise, and appointment changes are necessary. However, to ensure that I can accommodate as many clients as possible and manage my schedule effectively, I will be keeping credit card information on file for all appointments. Here's how this will work: 1. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I kindly ask for at least 36 hours' notice. You can do this via text, email or phone call. This allows me to accommodate other clients who might be on my waiting list. My booking software automatically sends out text messages and emails 48 hours in advance to remind you of your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify me at least 36 hours ahead of time may result in a charge of up to 25% of the scheduled service to your credit card on file. 2. Failure to show up for your appointment without any prior notice may result in a no-show fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. This fee will be charged to your card on file. 3. Deposits: For certain services or appointments requiring extensive time, I may request a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your final bill on the day of the appointment. I love you all so much and understand that emergencies can happen. If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out to me as soon as possible and we will discuss a resolution. Your credit card information will be securely stored and processed in compliance with all relevant privacy and security standards. Rest assured, your information will be kept confidential. Please understand that implementing this new policy helps me maintain the highest quality of service and ensures that all my wonderful clients receive the attention they deserve.
